✅ Kettlebells: Ranging from 5 to 50 pounds (depending on your fitness level)
✅ Dumbbells: Pairs ranging from 5 to 40 pounds (depending on your fitness level)
✅ Loop resistance bands (9" - 12")
✅ Yoga mat
